10+ Years Serving K-12 Schools
Every day, a student misses school. One day becomes five. Five becomes twenty. And by the time anyone notices — the window to help has already closed.
We built RaaWee so that never has to happen.
For more than a decade, RaaWee K12 Solutions has been the partner schools trust to catch every student early, act fast, and make sure no child is ever left behind.
WHO WE ARE
A Simple Mission. A Crystal-Clear Focus. Sharper Every Year for Over a Decade.
We have never chased trends or tried to be everything to everyone. From day one, we have done one thing — and we have done it with everything we have.
OUR MISSION
Help schools improve student attendance — and ensure no student ever falls through the cracks.
OUR FOCUS
Make it extremely easy for school administrators to track attendance and meaningfully
engage students and families — with minimal time and effort, so they can spend less time
chasing data and more time changing lives.
HOW WE DO IT
RaaWee ATTENDANCE+™ — Every Detail That Matters, In One Place
We did not build another dashboard. We built a platform that actually does the work — so your team spends less time on process and more time with students.
Streamlined Documentation
Standardized, centralized records that eliminate manual effort and keep every intervention logged automatically.
Automated Interventions
The moment a student crosses a threshold, the right people are notified and the right steps are triggered — automatically.
Seamless Stakeholder Coordination
Counselors, teachers, administrators, and families — all connected on one platform. No more dropped balls, no more silos.
Effortless Real-Time Visibility
See every student, every trend, every risk — in real time. No spreadsheets. No digging. Just clarity, right when you need it.
Timely Two-Way Communication
Reach families before small problems become big ones — with real-time, bi-directional messaging that actually gets answered.
Barrier-Solving Collaboration
Surface the real reasons behind absences — transportation, health, family stress — and coordinate solutions across your entire community.
Powerful Data Analysis
Connect every intervention to every outcome. Know what is working, why it is working, and where to focus next.
Reward & Recognition
Celebrate improvement and build an ongoing positive culture of consistency.
The Difference We Make
When Schools Have the Right Tools, Something Powerful Happens.
They stop chasing data and start building trust. They stop reacting to problems and start nurturing the relationships that keep students coming back. They build schools where every child feels a genuine sense of belonging — and belonging, it turns out, is the most powerful attendance tool there is.
That is the RaaWee difference. Not just a platform — a partner in transforming school culture from the inside out.
“To the education leaders with a number on a report who refuse to see just a number. We built this so every student behind the data has a name and a next step.
To the attendance team members that do the quiet, unglamorous work no one sees. We built this so the work shows, and so does the difference you make.
To the parents who don’t know why their child stopped wanting to go to school. We built this so you’re not figuring it out alone.”

Outcomes
What Success Looks Like
Schools using RaaWee ATTENDANCE+™ see measurable, lasting results across three dimensions that matter most.
Improved Student Attendance
Chronic absenteeism falls as early identification, timely outreach, and consistent interventions take hold — district-wide.
School Climate Improvement
Stronger family relationships and a genuine culture of belonging create schools where students want to show up every single day.
Improved Education Outcomes
When students attend consistently, they learn consistently — leading to better performance and brighter long-term futures.
Why We Do This
“We have watched what happens when a school catches a struggling student two weeks earlier than they would have otherwise. That two weeks is the difference between a child who stays and a child who disappears. That is why we built RaaWee. That is why we keep building it.”
